Experience related to the subject of speech: Sapargeldi Taganov is a deputy for the Parliament of Turkmenistan since 2016. He has participated in international forums and conferences dedicated to environment protection, climate change and have visited Uzbekistan, PRC, and Republic of Turkey. Mr. Taganov has been participating regular roundtable discussions Turkmenistan’s national TV channels. He has been an active member of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan since 1991.
