Gulyamov R.A. is the first deputy minister of economy and industry of Republic of Uzbekistan. He graduated from the National university of Tashkent in 1992 and the Australian national university in 1998. After graduating the university, he started working at the Central bank of Uzbekistan. From 2001 until 2006, he worked as the vice-chairman and the first vice-chairman of the Central bank. Then he was chairman of “Asaka” bank and Reconstruction and development fund. During 2009-2020 he was the first deputy minister of finance. In 2010 he was appointed as the minister of economy. One year later he was appointed as the minister of foreign economic affairs, investment and trade. At the beginning of 2019 he was appointed as the first deputy minister of economy and industry.
